Starrly Gladue is the creative behind Beauty on the Block - your new dope studio for all things glam. With an impressive 17 year journey in the beauty industry, Starrly has earned over 15 certifications from top-tier trainers worldwide and performed thousands of cosmetic tattoo procedures, establishing her as a true master of her craft.

Renowned for her flawless Powder Ombre Brows and stunning makeup looks, Starrly’s meticulous attention to detail has made her one of Alberta’s most sought after artists.

Proudly Indigenous from Beaver First Nation in Northern Alberta, Starrly embarked on her makeup artistry journey in 2009, leaving her small community with big dreams. She trained at the top beauty school in Canada, where she completely fell in love with makeup and knew she found her calling. From that point on, she went all in and made beauty her full time hustle. As she grew her skills, so did her impact.

Starrly naturally became a source of inspiration among her community, and in 2016 she was recognized with an Indigenous Youth Role Model Award, celebrating her success in the beauty industry and her ability to inspire the next generation. That same year, Starrly discovered the world of permanent makeup, which lit a whole new fire and opened the door to a new chapter in her career.

Today, Starrly specializes in Powder Ombre Brow tattooing and has been consistently booked out for the past 10 years. Her precision, consistency, and results speak for themselves - and when it comes to brows, she sets the bar.
