Cancellation Policy

At The House Of Snob, we strive to provide a professional and flexible experience for all members and guests. Please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policies before booking.
 

FLEXIBLE SALON SUITE & MAKEUP VANITY RENTALS

Cancelations:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled booking are not eligible for a refund. A credit will be issued and kept on file for future use, in accordance with current booking policies.


 
Rescheduling:

  • Bookings may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking may not be accommodated.


 
Card On File:

A valid credit card must be maintained on file for all bookings. By booking a space, you authorize The House Of Snob to charge applicable fees related to:

  • Cleaning fees for spaces left unclean or in unsatisfactory condition

  • Damage to furniture, equipment, or facilities

  • Other charges resulting from failure to follow House Of Snob policies
     

A cleaning fee of up to $50 may be applied where necessary.


 
PRIVATE SALON SUITE MEMBERSHIPS
 

Membership Cancelations:

Members must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel their membership.



Membership Downgrades:

Members must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to downgrade their membership.


Move-Out Requirements:

Upon vacating a suite, members must:

  • Remove all personal belongings

  • Leave the space clean and in good condition
     

The House Of Snob reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for non-payment, violations of membership agreements, or behaviour that disrupts the community and operation of the facility.

 

VANITY MEMBERSHIPS

Membership Cancelations:

Vanity memberships require a minimum four-week commitment before cancellation.
 


Membership Downgrades:

A minimum of 14 days written notice is required to downgrade a vanity membership.


Move-Out Requirements:
 

Upon termination of a vanity membership, members must:

  • Remove all personal belongings

  • Leave the space clean and in good condition
     

The House Of Snob reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for non-payment, violations of membership agreements, or behaviour that disrupts the community and operation of the facility.




TOUR APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to attend a scheduled tour, please provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment - It's just the nice thing to do. :)
