How It Works
A Simple 3-Step Process

Refer A Beauty Professional
Introduce them to The House Of Snob and encourage them to explore our available private salon suites.
Important: Your referral must enter your full name in the "Who referred you?" section of their Get To Know You form or tour inquiry form before their tour is booked or conducted.
This step is required for your referral to qualify.

They Join Our Community
Once your referral finds their ideal space and signs a minimum one-year lease, you're one step closer to receiving your reward.
It's an opportunity to introduce another independent professional to a workspace designed for creativity, collaboration, and business growth.

Receive Your $600 Referral
Once your referral has completed their second month of tenancy, you'll receive your $600 referral bonus, provided all program requirements have been met.

Eligibility & Requirements
Everything You Need To Know Before Referring Someone
To ensure a smooth referral process, please review the following requirements:

Active Membership: You must be an active House Of Snob member in good standing to qualify.

Qualifying Lease: Your referral must sign a minimum one-year lease.

Proof Of Referral: The new member must provide your full name in the designated referral field on their Get To Know You form or tour inquiry form before their tour is booked or conducted. No exceptions.

Active Membership Status: Both you and the referred member must maintain active membership status.

Bonus Payment: The $600 referral reward is issued after the referred member's second month of tenancy, provided all eligibility requirements are satisfied.
